Any attempts to go anywhere would result in going south, which is not northern. So therefore, this can't be defined. As for the adoption thing, yes it can be a good thing to do, but if everyone were to do that then there would be more babies up for adoption than there are loving people/couples willing to look after them. I think that it's patronizing and undermines the woman's intelligence to require her to go through pre-abortion counseling just so she understands how serious her decision is.
